  • Able-bodied Senior 65+ (No special needs avail.)

  • Expecting Mother 6 months +

  • Mom w. Infants Under 2 Years Old (child must be present)

  • Photo ID required at Pick-Up (Valid Id)

  • All Passengers are asked to use our Acct# 310.243.6143 at Check-Out in the participating grocery stores; the receipt will say Power Source Ministries at the bottom
